The Honest Company

In 2015, The Honest Company reached out to Lindsay and her company with a challenge: they wanted moms to understand the science and research behind their products. Known for Co-Founder, Jessica Alba, they wanted to bring Co-Founder, Christopher Gavingan, the scientist behind their products, to the forefront of their brand.

Lindsay’s Solution

 

Lindsay and her team developed a national tour with Christopher Gavigan. Stopping in eight major markets these events would be at local hot spots, billed as a “Moms Night Out” and would give Christopher the chance to engage, interact and educate moms on the research and science that goes into each of The Honest Company’s products as well as how they protect the environment.

Each event had 75-200 moms in attendance. These moms were a mix of local celebrities, influencers, parenting experts and regular moms.

In addition to an address from Christopher himself, they spent the evening mixing and mingling with each other, Christopher and the BCB and Honest Company teams. Everyone went home with a giant bag of product to try. In addition, each stop had a charitable tie in to a local diaper bank, encouraging attendees to bring necessities for donation to the event with a give back message.

Deliverables:

  • 8 events with 75-200+ people each.

  • 8MM+ digital impressions through the BCB brand and the influencers who attended.

  • Nearly 10K emails collected through the online education component and sweepstakes.
